Wellington Health & Fitness Club are currently recruiting for a highly motivated individual with experience of working within the leisure or hospitality industry to join the team on a part time (18.25 hours per week) basis as Duty Manager.

About the role:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for delivering the efficient and effective control of the daily operations and service of the Club ensuring that security, general cleanliness, customer supervision, set ups and equipment checks are maintained.
Key responsibilities include (Please see JD for full requirements):
- Ensure all pool safety and operating procedures are in place.
- Maintain all NOP's and ‘house - keeping' systems.
- Implement all Health & Safety requirements.
- To supervise all operational staff effectively to ensure quality customer service.
- Dealing with membership enquiries.
- To administer First Aid as required.
Experience:
- 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in Leisure or hospitality.
